Install Remote Desktop Web Connection software on the WinConnect Server XP Host. |

| Step 2: |
Install Internet Information Services (IIS) on the WinConnect Server XP Host. |

a. To Install IIS on Windows Server 2003
|
|
|
(i) Go to Windows Start => Control Panel => Add or Remove Programs => click Add/Remove Windows Components.
|
|
|
(ii) In the Windows Components Wizard, under Components, select Application Server.
|
|
|
(iii) Click Next.
|
|
|
(iv) After the installation has completed, click Finish.
|
|
b. To Install IIS 5.1 on Windows XP
|
|
|
(i) Go to Windows Start => Settings => Control Panel => 'Add/Remove Programs' => 'Add/Remove Windows Components'.
|
|
|
(ii) Check the box next to 'Internet Information Services (IIS)' and do not change the other default settings.

| Step 3: |
Go to Windows Start => Settings => Control Panel => Windows Firewall => Exceptions. Under Programs and Services, check the box next to World Wide Web Service (http) and click ok.

| Step 4: |
From the remote desktop client, run Internet Explorer browser and go to URL, http://server_name/tsweb (i.e. http://145.316.241.81/tsweb)

| Step 5: |
Remote Desktop Web connection will then be running in the Internet Explorer.
