After upgrading to Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2 and Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2, you will need to uninstall the current WinConnect Server XP software (even though you may have installed the latest WinConnect Server XP software version), restart Windows and re-install with the latest WinConnect Server XP software version.

Note: You may need to re-register WinConnect Server XP again using the same primary serial number that was originally registered on the same PC as the installation of Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2 and Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 may have affected the WinConnect Server XP licensing.

Windows Small Business Server 2003 Service Pack 2 Remote Desktop Support:

The Remote Desktop feature on the Windows Small Business Server 2003 Host computer need to be enabled so that Remote Desktop users can login into the computer using Remote Desktop connection.

On the Windows desktop, select Main Menu Start Button (on the Panel) => Settings => Control Panel => Windows Firewall.

Under the "Exceptions" tab, check the box "Remote Desktop" under Programs and Services.
